Bosco Restaurant & Bar Closes Down

The local dining landscape in Howland is changing as a long-time staple prepares to close its doors.

It’s the end of an era in Corbyville. On February 15, 2026, Bosco Restaurant & Bar officially closed its doors after several seasons of serving the local community. Southpoint Parkway.

The announcement came via a heartfelt message to their “valued guests and friends,” expressing deep gratitude for the years of friendship and support. While the team noted they are currently unsure of their next steps—teasing that this could be a final goodbye or a “see you soon”—their presence at the golf club will certainly be missed.

Located at 1281 ON-37 in Corbyville, Ontario, Bosco was a staple of the Trillium Wood Golf Club experience. Situated just north of Belleville, the restaurant sat right along Highway 37 near the intersection of Honeywell Corners. It served as a primary gathering spot for golfers coming off the greens and locals looking for a meal near landmarks like the Signal Brewing Company and the nearby Bear Ridge.

The menu at Bosco offered a refined take on classic clubhouse fare and Italian-inspired favorites. Guests could enjoy a variety of artisan pizzas, including the “Canadian” (topped with bacon, sausage, and mushrooms) and the classic Margherita. Their drink list was extensive, featuring a wide array of cocktails like Aperol Spritzes, Espresso Martinis, and Negronis, alongside a selection of tallboys and domestic brews. For those with a sweet tooth, the kitchen turned out multi-layered chocolate cake and in-house espresso tiramisu.

As for the future of the space at Trillium Wood, the restaurant management has not yet confirmed a new concept, and the golf club’s official plans for the vacancy remain unannounced. While the “Permanently Closed” sign now sits on their digital listings, the Bosco team’s proud legacy of “friendship, laughter, and love for food” remains a significant part of Corbyville’s recent culinary history.
