District restaurant, located at 5100 Belt Line Rd, #544 Addison, Texas, opened in May 2022 and closed in December 2023. It was situated in the former location of Mercy Wine Bar.

Sherlock’s Baker St. Pub & Grill, located at 5100 Belt Line Rd, Addison, Texas, closed in 2023. It was a British-centric chain outpost offering pub grub, such as fish ‘n’ chips, as well as live music and karaoke.
