Jacks Or Better Restaurant was open for business in 1978 at 12455 St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044. The location was previously a furniture store and was known as Ground Round in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1999, it became Berkshire Grill. The building was demolished by 2012, and it is now a vacant lot. Howard Johnson bought the chain in 1978.
