Chi-Chi’s, located at 4000 N University Dr, Sunrise, FL 33351, opened for business in 1986. It was Vila’s Mexican-Cuban Restaurant from the early 1990s to around 2008. The location now appears to be empty.

Bennigan’s was located at 3499 N University Dr, Sunrise, FL 33351. The establishment has since been converted into a bank.
