Chi-Chi’s, located at 40 Geoffrey Dr, Newark, DE 19713, closed in September 2004. The location is now a multi-unit with several restaurants.

Howard Johnson’s Restaurant, located at 1119 S College Ave, Newark, DE 19713, is now closed and has been replaced by a Friendly’s.

Bennigan’s was located at 601 Ogletown Rd, Newark, DE 19711. It is now a convenience store (C-store).
